Inventory Rose

Just the facts, in my opinion

In market news:
- Single-family home inventory rose from 600 to 790, a steady increase for the past 4 months.
- Days on market for June were at 11 days. June 2021 was at 17 days for comparison.
- Average sales price for June was 865K, up from 845K in May. June 2021 was at 726K.
- Median sales price for June was 610K, up from 605K in May. June 2021 was at 519K.
- Sales pace is slower again. 26% down from June 2021 and 16% lower in total for the year so far compared to 2021. This slower pace has been the trend since July 2021.
- June also saw the sales price exceed the asking price at 100.4% of the list price. Down from 101.1% in May.
