Jeannie Simpson began her real estate career in 2000 with Weichert Realtors in Easton, Pennsylvania, where she quickly distinguished herself by earning the "Rookie of the Year" award. Her early success led to the management of three new home communities for Rheen Construction, further establishing her reputation in the industry.

In 2012, Jeannie relocated to Virginia and joined Coldwell Banker in Woodbridge, VA. Three years later, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where she took on the role of Sales Manager at Weichert Realtors Palmetto Coast.

In 2018, Jeannie was appointed Director of Agent Development for Highgarden Real Estate in Summerville, SC. The following year, she earned her Broker’s license, further advancing her leadership in the real estate field. She later accepted a position as Sales Manager with Weichert Realtors in Beaufort, SC. She is now a Broker Associate with Abode Real Estate in Beaufort, where she continues to share her knowledge and passion for real estate.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Jeannie is happily married to her childhood sweetheart and best friend. Together, they have five grown children and are proud grandparents to eight grandchildren
