If You Are Thinking of Listing, There Has Still Been No Better Time

Just the facts, in my opinion

In real estate news, there is not much to report. Same low inventory causing a fairly large jump in prices recently. 290 more closings this October as compared to October 2019. That's a huge number and shows just how busy we were writing contracts in August and September.

I've personally seen a slow down in the past few weeks and have confirmed as much with my lender friends. So, November may not be the white-hot anomaly that October and frankly the 2nd half of the year has been. But, if you are thinking of listing there has still been no better time in history.
