A Month of New Listings

Just the facts, in my opinion

We had a great month of new listings, up 32% over April 2020 (and actually better than pre-Covid April 2019). For the first time this year, we have more homes for sale than the previous month, albeit by a razor-thin margin of 9 homes. There are encouraging trends happening across the listings numbers that may help to eventually stabilize our market. This is something we'll be keeping a close eye on for you.
