Inventory of Single-Family Homes Remains Fairly Flat

Just the facts, in my opinion

This month in our market, we saw another lower than needed month of new listings. Inventory of single-family homes has remained fairly flat for the past few months. Until we see a dramatic increase in listings, we will continue to see an increase in pricing. So... pretty much the same news as the past several months.
