Single-Family Home Inventory Dipped

Just the facts, in my opinion

In market news:
- Single-family home inventory dipped from 464 to 383. Can't get much lower here!
- Days on market for January were at 23 days, up from 21 in December but well below the 47 days from Jan. 2021. Well priced and in good condition, homes are still selling within hours, not days
- Average sales price for Jan. was 683K, down from 823K in December
- Median sales price for Jan. was 500K, down from 575K in December
- Sales pace is slower again. 13% down from Jan. 2021. This slower pace has been the trend since July 2021 over the same months in 2020
