Sales Pace Is Slower Than 2020 Again This Month

Just the facts, in my opinion

In market news:
- Single-family home inventory held steady but is still down 50% from 2020
- Days on market remain at an average of 20 days, the same as Sept.
- Average sales price for Oct. was 752K, up from 638K in 2020
- Median sales price for Oct. was 515K, up from 449K in 2020
- Sales pace is slower than 2020 again this month. Sept. was down 26% from 2020 and Oct. is down 19% from 2020
- We are still up 3.2% overall in single-family sales in 2021 but that number has fallen every month since May when we were 28% above 2020's pace

As always, call me for any reason and I'll be happy to help!
