Sellers Have Shut it Down for the Winter

Just the facts, in my opinion

In market news:
- Single-family home inventory dipped from 692 to 583 showing that buyers are still out there while sellers have shut it down for the winter
- Days on market crept up to 22 from the past 2 months prior having been at 20 days
- Average sales price for Nov. was 728K, up from 685K in Nov. 2020
- Median sales price for Nov. was 500K, up from 440K in Nov. 2020
- Sales pace is slower than 2020 again this month. Sept. was down 26% from 2020, Oct. was down 19% from 2020 and Nov. was down 7.5% from Nov. 2020
- We are still up 2.4% overall in single-family sales in 2021 over 2020, but that number has fallen every month since May when we were 28% above 2020's pace

As always, call me for any reason and I'll be happy to help!
