If You're Considering Selling, Now Could Be The Time

Just the facts, in my opinion

To say that our market is strong is a huge understatement. We have had record numbers of contracts week after week this summer and it just keeps going. Expect the normal slow down now that summer is over and families return to their more normal day-to-day activities... now including home school!

Inventory continues to be the bottleneck in our market. We are currently down 46.7% in homes for sale compared to August 2019 and are up 16.3% in sales...meaning that gap will only continue to grow. If you are considering selling now would be the ideal time to do so.
