Month of June Only 3% Behind 2019 Total Sales

Just the facts, in my opinion

With a strong month of closings in June, we are now just 3% behind last years to date total sales. Hopefully, the COVID numbers slow down/go away, and we can get back to whatever is normal. New sales continue on an extremely strong path as we seem to be setting a new record for homes under contract every week.

While we saw a leveling of new listings for June 2020 vs. June 2019 we are still way off year over year. With so little inventory we are seeing a huge surge in new construction contracts. Lockdowns across the country gave a lot of people that final push to live where they want...and they want Charleston.

As always I'm here for you whatever you need, real estate or otherwise.
