Spring and Herd Immunity Are Approaching Quickly

Just the facts, in my opinion

We're at a new all-time low in inventory... just one month’s worth. The market is even tighter and prices and seller confidence are going up by the minute. I certainly see a pricing bubble forming, but not necessarily a demand bubble, as we have steadily under-built homes in the area for years now. The good news for buyers is that Spring and herd immunity are approaching quickly and inventory to choose from should be on the rise. If you are looking to sell and get top dollar I'd say give it serious thought now.
