Sales Continue to Outpace New Listings

Just the facts, in my opinion

Sales continue to outpace new listings, further driving prices up along with buyer frustrations. I've personally seen an uptick in new listings hitting the market but won't know if that is an actual trend for a while. March and April are historically when we see the majority of new listings hit the market so be on the lookout over the next 45 days. Now that vaccines are available to anyone I can only hope that seller’s comfort levels grow and we see a return to some kind of balance in the market.
