All-Time Record-Breaking Number of Homes Under Contract
Just the facts, in my opinion
Well, as predicted May was the month that finally showed the effects of the shutdown. But...there is good news: 3 of the last 5 weeks have been record-breaking (as in all-time) for homes going under contract. Meaning we are bouncing back hard and in late June and for July we should be seeing strong numbers.
With inventory levels remaining low at only a 3 month supply we could see increasing prices coming soon. That's a good scenario for sellers but not great for buyers. Buyers are going to have to be pretty aggressive in the coming months.
